Foam

Foam is the future of insulation, providing top performance for a wide range of applications.

Foam is the leading-edge insulation system. With high R-Values, excellent air-sealing properties and fewer health concerns than other forms of insulation, foam is the next-generation product for virtually all applications.

Foam insulation undergoes an incredible expansion process when sprayed. Forming to spaces and filling every nook and cranny, foam is perfect for most any application, especially unusual shapes and spaces that contain obstructions such as air ducts, pipes and electrical junctions. Cured foam forms a rigid barrier that will not allow air to filter through and does not sag or settle over time. While providing top-level thermal performance, state-of-the-art foam insulation prevents mold and mildew, provides good sound isolation and eliminates vibration of plumbing and duct work.

Available in two varieties, low density and high density, there's a foam for virtually any project.

Low Density Foam
For low density applications, we use Home Foam brand insulation which cures to an open-cell structure with an R-Value of 3.9 per inch of thickness. It's a safe and effective product for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential applications. Home Foam contains no formaldehyde, CFCs, HCFCs or VOCs and is safe for people who suffer from asthma and those with allergies or sensitivity to chemicals. High Density Foam
In situations where an unusually high R-Value is required or where space is limited, high-density foam is well suited. Curing to a closed-cell structure with an amazing R-Value of 6 per inch, an application 6.7" thick will meet the Ontario Building Code requirement of R-40.
